When he met Paula, a deeply experienced yoga and breathwork instructor, they decided to combine the latest holistic healing practices & nervous system restoration with cutting edge circadian science to create an unprecedented retreat experience.

Your facilitators
Dr Max Gulhane is a practicing General Practice registrar with a passion for helping his patients live their longest, healthiest lives possible.
He completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) at the University of Queensland followed by a Doctor of Medicine/Master of Public Health (MD/MPH) at University of Melbourne.
His early clinical career was spent gaining experience in Emergency, Obstetrics and General Medicine before commencing GP training with a view to equipping himself with the tools to provide the best long term holistic and preventative health care.
He co-founded Regenerate Health Summit and hosts the Regenerative Health Podcast, educating on the key role circadian biology, ancestral nutrition for optimal health.

Paula Pirazzoli is a wellness facilitator and Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher with a decade of experience hosting international retreats and yoga teacher trainings.
She employs a wide variety of holistic healing modalities, including vinyasa, tantra, yin, meditation and sound healing, with a strong foundation on yoga and somatics.
Paula is passionate about blending scientifically-backed practices with embodied wisdom, and her work is rooted in anatomy, neuroscience, with a special focus on nervous system restoration, trauma release, and chronic stress recovery.
